ArcBest was recognized on the 2025 Comparably Best Company Work-Life Balance list (large companies) based on employee satisfaction of the company’s commitment to work-life balance. We ranked No. 44.

ArcBest was awarded a 2025 EcoVadis Committed Badge for our sustainability progress and achieving a minimum EcoVadis score of 45 out of 100. EcoVadis rates companies across four categories: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement.

ArcBest’s LTL carrier, ABF Freight, and our truckload service, MoLo, have been recognized as FourKites Premier Carriers for the first half of 2025 — a testament to their commitment to operational excellence. This honor celebrates their top-tier performance in shipment visibility and customer service across the supply chain.

ArcBest and our LTL carrier ABF Freight were awarded 2025 Quest for Quality awards from Logistics Management for our outstanding performance and commitment to excellence in the logistics and transportation industry. ArcBest was named in the Household Goods & High-Value Goods Carriers category for the fourth time. ABF Freight was named in the National LTL Carriers category for the eighth time and Expedited Motor Carriers category for the second time.  

ArcBest was named a 2025 Great Supply Chain Partner by SupplyChainBrain, recognizing our success in providing solutions that significantly improved our customers’ efficiency, customer service and overall supply chain performance.  

ArcBest was named an America’s Best Employer for Women 2025 by Forbes and Statista, ranking No. 445 out of 700. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where women can grow professionally and personally.

ArcBest was selected as an Inbound Logistics Top 100 3PL for 2025, highlighting our commitment to going above and beyond to provide real value, drive performance and keep our customers moving forward. This is our fourth time on the list (also in 2024, 2023 and 2021). 

ArcBest ranked No. 13 on the 2025 Transport Topics List of Top 100 For-Hire Carriers in North America based on revenue, employee totals and equipment counts.

ArcBest was named one of Arkansas Money & Politics’ (AMP) 2025 Most Admired Companies by the readers of AMP for the third consecutive year. This award is based on our financial soundness, bold innovation, brand awareness, quality of product, outstanding people and social responsibility.

ArcBest’s ground expedite fleet, Panther Premium Logistics^®, received the Empowerment Award from Expediter Services (ES). This recognition highlights Panther’s support of the Women-Owned Business Initiative, a collaborative effort between ES and the Women In Trucking Association that helps women entrepreneurs start and grow their own trucking business.
