The ABF Freight Load Team program was established in 1994. It is designed to show appreciation to exceptionally talented employees who handle freight at ABF Freight distribution centers across North America.

Service center managers and regional vice presidents of operations select the Load Team members, based on the employee’s safety record, involvement in the Quality Process, integrity, and the ability to load trailers “high and tight.”
